Rudder. Rudder. Rudder. A 'good' pilot will become (maybe has been) a rarity. How many of you have experienced a coworker forgetting to fly the airplane to the taxi? My money on is on - most. AND who is at fault? Everyday a Captain doesn't encourage his F/O to hand fly the airplane. Everyday a Captain doesn't take the opportunity to hand fly the airplane. Those that do - you're not alone.
