As per your post, that's a bit of an inside joke. An example of how not to treat a mx delay was put out to DL pilots in our weekly update on wednesday. Given that the flight was on a city pair that has not been mainline for years, it was revealed the customer complaint was referring to a flight operated by Pinnadevor or Surejet. Hooray outsourcing!
