I believe the first 20 per month must be Compass (until 25% of the total Compass pilot group has flowed within a rolling 12-month period in which case there would be no more flows from Compass until within the constraints of that metric), then 9 from XJ, then off the street which would include SSP newhires.

Both Compass and XJ pilots (non-management) can be held back for 3 months by their carrier for operational constraints. The seniority and date of employment for a pilot who is held back begins on the date he/she would have started class had they not been held back.
