Does anyone remember what was said about LORs? I thought I remembered them saying they only mattered after you got selected for an interview (blue dart exempted). In the 'majors' thread, there's a post saying they need to be uploaded because it's now part of the selection process. That goes counter to what I thought I heard. If that is the case, it's almost impossible to upload a file that's been scanned and keep it under 150 KB (the limit per document on the JB app site).

Were you at the Vets in Blue? I could have sworn that I heard it the same way as you....In that the LORs are going to carry weight in the process AFTER the Interview. They covered a lot of information, and I could have misheard.
I had a lot of fun at the event, and thought was great for JetBlue to put the event on. I was impressed with how quick the VP of talent could look at a resume, and pull out the key points and give critiques. For me, I don't know a single JetBlue pilot, and that's going to be my toughest issue
