Are the 400's legally allowed to have ten seats for ACM's? The classics are only allowed to have 8 folks total (3 crewmembers + 5 ACM's) for evac purposes. Talk about a cramped upper deck!
The 747-400 from Eva are the only ones with 10 seats, 8 in back two up front. The other 8 airplanes will only have 6 jump seats, 4 in back and two up front.
