Ahh, being able to see what crew scheduling sees would make life easier on reserve. I would assume that JetBlue scheduling is better than Regional "X" scheduling.
And if there is projected hiring of 400 in 2014, chances of getting off reserve might be quick unless you're hired at the tail end.
You can get a pretty good idea if you will be called.
I would pull up crewtrac and see who was on the times and how many days. I would say for my 5 months maybe 4 two hour call outs.
Reserve on the 190 is very different as we don't do red eyes so you don't get some of the whacky times the bus guys get.
I think out reserve system is ok and if it is properly staffed it's pretty good. In the end it's reserve.
Living in base you will be set.
