It's not about "conning" anyone. Rule #1 at interview prep is be honest. Con-men aren't honest and lie, there's a difference. Preparing for an interview is about fine tuning communication skills so you don't inadvertently send off bad vibes or send the wrong message either verbally or non-verbally.
