Yep because the people that negotiated this probably haven't seen reserve in a long time. Why should it matter to them? I haven't been on reserve in a while myself but had brought up consistent inconsistencies to the union and the response was, we could grieve it. Well, what did all the grievances get us anyway?

Before the whole negotiations, I had asked the reps to push for a no change to the final schedule put out to the reserves. They deserve to know what their month would look like in order to plan appointments, etc. When scheduling has the ability to move those day at their whim, you are taking away the little QOL that a reserve has.

It doesn't matter now and the only way to make a change is to vote accordingly.
