Because 46 pilots that could come back with up to 13 years seniority just said "I quit." Apparently their are better jobs/careers out there. That is about 25% of the guys that had the opportunity to come back.

Some guys on this forum have said something to the affect of "If its that bad just quit." Well 46 Pilots just did.

Like I said there are still thousands waiting to get to DAL so maybe it will not make any difference, but it is something to consider.

This is not the career it used to be. I personally know 5 guys around my seniority (early 2000 hires) that have left and are not looking back. Well, maybe one of them is looking back.
