The pay sucks at all regionals its a stepping stone i think upgrade time is what matters the most to most pilots at the time !
People with this level of grammar, punctuation, and speech ( not to mention the mentality) need to go to Republic.
They deserve each other.
The rest of you with any level of education and self respect would do well by staying as far away from Republic as possible.
