What you need to know about the 1,500-hour rule:

1500-Hour Rule

Some regionals and most majors require an unrestricted ATP, so RAE not applicable or age only restricted ATP accepted--1500+TT, all ATP flight requirements satisfied, age 21/22 pilots....for "age only" R-ATP, the "R" drops off when pilot turns 23.

PM me if you have more questions.

Thanks!

I kind of figure that RAE doesn't apply to me and I might as well force myself to be patient
