University needs t/b on the list and you satisfy RAE, otherwise 1500 hrs....suggest you communicate with your university for status of university application for RAE with FAA

Some regionals and most majors require an unrestricted ATP, so RAE not applicable or age only restricted ATP accepted--1500+TT, all ATP flight requirements satisfied, age 21/22 pilots....for "age only" R-ATP, the "R" drops off when pilot turns 23.
