I know what your saying, I've been chasing along time. I try talking to the guys every time on the jumpseat, see if its the "right" one. I just haven't met the right person. I've been to an invite only job fair. I ran across I guy that did the interviews, that promised to get me in. Emailed and called several times over the course of 6 months and never heard a word. I've been sending updates to a guy that apparently says he "pulls" the apps and would pull mine. I sent him my stuff 3yrs ago and have not heard a word, although I still send him an updated resume now and than. I just think, i haven't run into the right guy yet..
