I've seen the products from both. I like what I see. Both do a great job. I personally get more from a 1-to-1 approach. Plus, since I will be interviewing at DL, I felt using a seasoned DL pilot who I have tracked for 2plus years was the right choice. Yesterday I did my prep and my decision was spot-on. Very happy with the method and product produced (I got dvd's of the session for review).
For my SWA interview years ago, I used Judy Tarver. Read my message and review my first paragraph.
The fact you plan to use a prep is the right choice. While some will complain about the costs, they really are minimal when you consider the investment return.
Golf swing coaches are expensive. The pros use them. Strength coaches are expensive. Pros use them. Career coaches, executive search firms are pricey. You get the picture.

I did an Emerald Coast seminar, and listening to others mock interview helped trigger some experiences/perspectives I hadn't come up with on my own. EC is all FedEx crews, but it was a great seminar for any airline. Aaron (EC's founder) is prior-military so he covers that perspective well, and I would try to work with him. I don't think he's at every seminar so that's worth checking. Sounds like you can't go wrong with either EC or Aero Crew.
