I doubt anyone cares about that strategy. The instant its implemented, it immediately cancels itself out. Absolutely worthless from a strategic point of view. Poaching (so called) LCC pilots, OTOH, is a very viable tactical business move. If done enough, it will drive up their costs far in excess of the paltry reduction in an already relatively low longevity curve as well as stick a thumbtack in the running shoe of their endless growth models.
