So on mine, I checked commercial and put the original date of issue. I think you're fine either way or putting your ATP date.
That's kind of what I meant, I don't even understand why there would be a commercial or instrument rating question on any of these applications. Maybe regionals? Not like UAL is going to hire you if you don't have an instrument rating and ATP
