It is pretty difficult to be awarded every weekend/holiday off when on reserve, but you can swap days around in your schedule after the bid with Flica. After about a year or so I was able to move stuff around to get weekends off on reserve without too many problems.

Upgrades are a total WAG, but I'll say if hired today you'll see the left seat of the 190 in 3-4 years and A320 in 6-8 years.
