They always use Terminated on Sked+ for people that leave the company. I don't think it was a disciplinary issue. There was no UORs, plus it is very hard to get fired from here. Probably got a call from mainline (skywest).
Wasn't too sure. But last month, there were 2 other sick calls and a red "Chief Pilot Reviewed Absence" that was at the start of a reserve period. This person has only been online 2-3 months at most, so still on probation.
