There are things I like and don't like about both cultures. I hope to make the new merged culture a great one. It is hard thou with some of the attitudes. The I'm better than you attitude because you worked at a different company is divisive.
We would probably agree on most things that should be included in a great culture, but the constant bashing of another group would not be it?
