So I'm reserve this month and line holder next. I was on the one day reserve list and got assigned a two day for tomorrow. There was a one day that went out to a GS # 6. Scheduling said they can fly someone into the next month if they are reserve to line holder. I am trying to figure out why I didn't get the one day and the two day go to a GS.
Similar thing just happened to me as well. The best part is that it's just straight pay for the flying that falls on your day off. I'm sorry, but if a pilot is assigned a trip that goes into a day off against his/her will, it should be double pay - PERIOD.
