CRM I don't see a lot of difference. Everybody seems like they want to get along.
FWIW, I think CAL is still suffering from the same affliction UAL had from 85-late 90's. UAL's training department wasn't the greatest either. After the strike, the scabs filled flight department and training department positions. What is a scab? Well, he couldn't get hired normally using his, aaheeeem, credentials. Very little real experience at a real airline at that time. That is why they crossed to get a job. They then take leadership roles, and pass along their poor experience to the rest of the airline. UAL had mostly fixed that by the late 90's, at least IMHO.
The CAL instructors we had all had great attitudes. Their leadership just failed them in the direction they are given. Easy fix, really.
CRM is on the CAL side is fine, and everyone wants to do a good job every day.
The attitude on the CAL side is great. I don't hate coming to work every day like I did at UAL.
As far as CCS vs Unimatic? Both are dinosaurs. I will take CCS by far.
