Sometimes when I start hammin stuff up and can't figure out why, which is pretty much always, I go back to the basics & that's usually where ya find the brain-fart. (think - steep ta medium ta shallow/pitch, power, trim/Airplane Flying Handbook type stuff)

Stick to your experience & what ya know - it should work, that's why it got you your certificates & your job

Always be thinkin 'bout what's next, & then next, & then next...

Don't get discouraged, just learn from everything

Watch real closely anytime someone else is doing anything (power settings, pitch settings, timing for configuration changes, etc...)

Ask questions - which you already are doing so BRAVO, keep at it & eventually you'll be fine

It's still 'riding a bike' it's just a different 'bike' & after a while, when you've got it all figured out & can fly the thing up a gnats a$$, you'll look back at this and laugh .......... then on your next leg you'll brain-fart it all, make 8 people puke, & set off the ELT on landing

where are ya flying IOE out of? what plane?
