The past 5 years of stagnation is not totally due to age 65. The stagnation was also due to death of the hard 75 hour pay cap.
The only time we had a hard 75 hour cap was with pilots on furlough. We had a flex up to 82 hours at the time. Reserve paid 70-77 hours based on the cap.
