The best you have for a company is management/labor/customer relations? Everyone can be signing hand in hand but if the company isn't well run, it's going under. Driving away premium business travelers does not make for a profitable company.
Some groups fight for what is right and some get bent over refusing to file grievances. You must be pretty limber.
Everything you stated above is wrong and not sure where you get your info. 8 yrs I have never argued with a mechanic. If we want it fixed it gets fixed. Don't see the reason to delay pax for an auto throttle inop when it can be fixed on the overnight. Some things come up like weather, and we choose to have an Mel fixed. When those situations arise I never heard a thing about it. I don't even know what domestic I'd check is. Drop a copy of my medical in the v- file, never thought of that as a problem. I have never even owned a hat. Please don't get me started on driving away customers, the only thing I have done sense this merger is apologize to customers that they are now flying on UAL metal. What else you got?
