Well sorry that happened to you. I have never had that experience. Have talked to a few mechanics that have complained about the rudeness of the pilots. Heard it first hand from a 777 guy on the mtx freq. Wouldn't of helped in either if he talked to me like that. Sometimes how you go about things determines the end result. Just food for thought.
