And you'll get nothing but crickets (or changing the subject). I've been asking this question for almost 8 years now. They won't answer because they do not have a plan for restoration... it is NOT their objective.
They believe the unreasonable cuts we took for bankruptcy were a reset, establishing a new baseline for our profession from which we can only expect "reasonable" improvements, i.e. restoration is not possible in their view. And the really sad thing is that, after years of working to lower our expectations, they've got a substantial number of pilots who have come around to their way of thinking.
