As an example, Air Wisconsin has a 3 hour min day credit, 4:1 trip rig, 2:1 duty rig, 100% deadhead pay, 12 min days off for lineholders and reserves, and IIRC six years ago when I left they contributed 3, maybe 4% into your 401k along with a 6, maybe 7% match.

On a concessionary contract that went into effect 1 Oct 2003.

I know PSA is not Air Wisconsin, but these are a few examples of how PSA's new contract isn't leading the Airways Express system, let alone the entire regional industry.
