It was a "seniority list" integration, not "active pilot" integration. Also, the most recent merger that used the new policy did the exact same thing. Pilots on furlough were placed with active pilots because it was based on longevity.

That itself is the problem. New policy that cuddles the UAL pilots so they don't pull a us airways. You are hiding your windfall behind a policy that is unfair. You can claim bructia created it, but reread his testimony. He clearly states what his position on this was. I would just love to hear a logical reason a furloughed pilot should go ahead of an active pilot. 73 fo then and 73 fo now. Do you really believe it that's simple.
