This is one of my favorite myths from pro DPA types when anyone mentions TC holding a position in the new union. In the FAQ section he says he is not doing this to be the new union president but he doesn't say he won't run. Here is the quote from the DPA website where Tim states his intention " I am willing to serve in that office only if no other suitable candidate exists."

Now if he came out and actually said he won't run that would be a start.
