This wasn't the final sale, the final sale agreement hasn't been made public. I am not saying that RAH will file BK, but one can't turn around and ignore the fact that they have underbid several contracts and RAH has the most labor unrest out of all the regionals. Again, not saying they will file BK but one has to pay particular attention to what happens as attrition continues, the Ejet continue to appear and staffing gets very tight. There are many ERJs running around that Bedford already said will be sacrificed if it comes to it. I hope things don't go down in flames at RAH but many of the RAH folks here say things aren't pretty there.
