That was how it was explained to me by the MC as well....
Didn't the CAL MC try and place the LUAL furloughees on their list twice?...once as a LUAL pilot and the as a LCAL pilot.
So, my take is, those of us who took the "job offer" to LCAL have a unique position of not being fenced from either side.
