My point was that its not a long term move and if he lives in CLT, or wants jet time PSA can't be worse than the current prop airline he is at. If he finds somewhere else desirable after they get a new contract then he can just leave for there.

Or maybe he will like living in base at PSA and perhaps he gets lucky and our forecasted growth comes to fruition.

Either way, by his own admission he isn't going anywhere at his current gig.

It's not always about "this airline is better than that airline".
