This is pointless. Why should anyone keep jumping from one regional to the next? Constantly on first year pay and always at the bottom of the list.
What looks good today might not be there a couple of years from now. Get on with someone where you can have a good QOL for the SHORT time you will be there.
I would live in CLT if I choose to go to PSA. And yes I am a little apprehensive about how much movement to expect vs other regionals but I want the carrier with the most potential for a quicker upgrade. If new birds happen this would be a great place to be.

I have applied to Mesa as well. I am trying to upgrade as fast as possible. A 2 year upgrade at psa or Mesa vs a 5-7 year upgrade at skywest means years more at captain pay and pads the resume with PIC to help me be competitive major airlines much faster.
Thanks everyone for the help and hopefully we all have good fortune in these difficult career decisions.
