I hear ya. The reality is that theyll be easily replaced by regional guys like me who dont have your perspective yet. Ive hated the unions that Ive been a part of in 2 airlines and Its so much better here than where I came from. For most guys who are new, this is the case. Thats because its supposed to be better. It sounds like you are new to JB, welcome, I hope you enjoy your time here and make it a better place. However, please remember you are now at a MAJOR and should be treated and compensated as such. You seem like a smart guy though, you will see the light soon enough!
