I beg to differ. I operate the same way every trip, nothing more, nothing less. Any change in the status quo, and they will run back to the judge statistics in hand. If I'm expected to go the extra mile, I'd like a little reciprocity.
That's a valid point about running back to the judge. In a sense, you can't fault many LUAL pilots, since it seems like they were constantly beaten down by unethical and immoral management looking for every loophole to cover their inability to successfully manage.
Sadly, it may take years to undo the damage that past (and current) management has done. That process could speed up though with new and effective leadership.
