This is another issue lots of us junior guys talked about a few months back on the union board and were told we are crazy by the senior guys. Pretty much all of us junior (5 years or less?) guys on the 747 100% agree with your assessment. This is another issue that the old guys can't understand in terms of cost. What cost the company more $$....paying you guys 747 pay or having 80% of the 767 FO's leave to a major and paying new guys every year to backfill that?
