I would think we need a response now. This could have significant implications on how one will bid for January. Maybe these new rules will make the case for a Reserve schedule more compelling.

In order to guarantee, uninterrupted 10 hours of prospective rest the green slips would have to be assigned earlier.
Perhaps this is the time for 1.5 or 2.0 pay for everything above 75 hours.
