No whinning or posturing here. Just simple statement of fact. It's going to take years and several contract cycles to undo the damage that JP and his self serving, short sighted political maneuvering has cost this pilot group.
It's a signed contract old boy, you can't just change it to undo the bad midterm unless of course you are a corrupt management and have the bankruptcy hammer in your back pocket. Then you can make lots of changes with the full force and protection of the legal system on your side.
But at the end of the day if you want any peace or sanity in your life Special Tracking is on the right program. Don't sweat the little stuff, everything is pretty much little stuff. As they say, it's real easy to let the cat out of the bag. The problem comes when we try putting him back in the bag.
