Taking a COLA to improve your QOL is being a management shill? Are you high? Knock yourself out. Spend as much time in uniform as possible. Lots of folks here do. SRM, pilots who have set up a home in hub crew rooms, etc. We've got one FO talking here of a $200k W2, on the other forum a CA $300k. Lots of opportunities.
