Let's get rid of the Bush League pay-to-non-rev policy (either in First Class or Coach) that both airlines follow. (Of course, US only charges for first, while AA charges for coach (in a lot of situations) and first). Let's bring Delta's policy on over...if there's an open seat (starting in Business class), you get it...no charge.
