Under the Military History tab on Airline Apps its specifically asks:

SEFE/NATOPS:
(Please check this box if you were or are a military check pilot)

If you check this and your flight records clearly show you flew with an EP duty position and logged Evaluator time on your 781s(USAF) that should be good enough. As far as logging the time(PIC vs IP) I have heard various answers on this.
