If it means anything, the 200s stay the duration of their lease till 2019. Our CEO has been very vocal this morning both in person and through online company communications that the airplanes are GROWTH, plus 40 options (when the 200a go). Hiring 1000 additional personnel wouldn't happen if these weren't growth. People can't argue that.
I know people have disbelieved it in the past and been misled, but it's time for change here. New logo, new look, new everything...things are turning around.
You are quite literally everything that is wrong with this industry. Happy your REGIONAL airline is growing. Willing to take concessions for shiny new airplanes, defending your decisions to undercut the rest of the industry.
There is absolutely no way PSA finds an additional 1000 pilots. Even IF the plan is to grow PSA by that much, unless the planes are drones it's not happening.
