You guys need to understand that everybody's situation is different and unique. I agree that at this point Endeavor may not have the brightest future, but some people are probably just looking for some type of initial 121 experience to put on their resumes. If Endeavor is the first to offer, then I'm sure they'll take it. They could always hold out for one of the other Regionals, but I'm sure they'd prefer to go ahead and start training, flying, getting some income, and experience to get them that next job.
They'll always be free to move onto that better gig at some point, but this might be what they needed to get there.
