Changing careers isn't exactly easy. Aside from that I don't necessarily hate the industry but rather the pilots who bring it all down. When I think about guys like Peoplemover at a major and then voting on contracts at their eventual airlines I cringe. When this crop of regional pilots reaches the mainline level the entire industry will suffer.
