I believe that what Stratosphere was saying, at least my interpretation of what he was saying, was that he, (like the vast majority of us), is totally turned off by someone taking a handicapped spot, when they are not handicapped at all. He's not passing judgement on someone whose condition might require them to park in a handicapped spot, regardless of whether the look handicapped or not. Nor is he asking them to explain their situation to either himself, or anyone else. He's simply annoyed at those who have gotten the sticker, even though they are really not entitled to one. You must admit, it happens a lot. I see it quite often at the LA Fitness I go to. Someone will pull up and park in a handicapped spot, then saunter into the gym and do a 2 hour, hard workout. Regardless of their car's entitlement, if they are that healthy, they should be leaving those spaces for someone who really does need them.
Anyway, that's how I see it.
