I posted a response to this months ago with a long explanation, don't feel like typing it again... suffice to say the "Fly for Less" and "Fly for Even Less" are complete ripoffs, if something happens you can't work with normal customer service for a refund. I had my non-rev privileges threatened for disagreeing with the 5 second answer I was given when trying to get a refund--they wouldn't even look up the ticket code to confirm that it WAS refundable, they just disagreed and then threatened me when I pressed them to look it up.

You can find normal Delta tickets online for less, also.
