+1 The junior 320 captain is right around the 8000 now. That is surprising.
As far as not backfilling 7er FO's, believe it, or not, I see a little movement in the right direction.
Last year, they said they would not be backfilling (and they acted like they never would.)
For this AE, they are explaining why they aren't backfilling.
For future AE's, they said their will be openings for the summer schedule.
