That is in spite of the fact that the first 150 pilots being brought on the line will be senior to you. After that there will be a bunch of new hires posted behind you. When your in the bottom category and the company is growing and hiring no one bids on below you normally. Those slots are filled by new hires.
I agree, my category will get a lot more below me soon. This bid, like the last one, did not fill the number of vacancies. It would be nice if something were to open up above in the right seat where QOL'ers would be tempted to go. Until then, they stay put and more come in above me during the AEs.
