My ex wife, told a judge that I pushed her down a flight of stairs at home. Not a single stair in the house. Not even a step unless you stub your toe on a threshold.
And she got one. The threshold of getting one is really, REALLY low. Like in FL, a woman asks for it and get it.
It was just a ploy to get more money and use of the house during the divorce.
