This seems to have become the reality. However, why should it be a choice of fun job OR a larger paycheck? I would like both, please! Liken to the Ford Focus TV commercial, "AND" is better than "OR". I fly for 5Y "AND" I am compensated handsomely; $$$. I know it is not a reality (yet).
CBA negotiations can't come soon enough. IMHO.

My sentiments exactly. ABX is ramping up negotiations next year and if they can come up with a strong contract to include better compensation then all 5Y Crewmembers have to do is to follow suit...
