Hiring Update:

This week in ground school we had the recruitment team come in and ask for the names of anyone we knew who wanted to work for SkyWest. It was an unprecedented move in my 6.5 years here. Talking to a couple of guys I know on the interview team it appears they are having a large number of no shows for interviews. It was my understanding we were supposed to have 20 in class for our EMB new hire/upgrade class and we only have 16. Good luck to those with a scheduled interview and those trying to get one. Sounds like we are in need of applicants.
